RTP Legal has been set up to provide open courses for the professional development of lawyers at all levels, whether you work in private practice, in-house or the public sector. We do not deliver knowledge based courses on legal issues. We focus on developing what are often described as 'soft' skills - skills that are becoming increasingly critical in this competitive and global environment in which many law firms operate today.
We are focused exclusively on equipping legal practitioners at all levels - from trainees to senior partners - with the knowledge and skills they need to further their careers and meet their continuing professional development requirements.
RTPLegal is at the heart of the legal profession - over the last 10 years we have trained well over 1000 lawyers to improve their influencing skills - in negotiating, dealing with difficult clients, networking, building their business, presenting, coaching and leading and managing others.
Each of our half day open courses is accredited by the Law Society and contributes to 3 CPD points that all lawyers need to accrue each year. After you have successfully completed the course you will receive a certificate stating the number of hours and type of training you have completed.
