Jeremy Cassell is the MD of RTP and specialises in influencing - specifically sales, negotiation and presentation skills. In addition, he trains groups to become coaches and works with individuals to make the very best use of their talents.
He has broad experience in education, sales, management, strategic account management and training with multi-national companies. He is a qualified teacher and previous senior positions as National Training Manager for L'Oreal, and National Sales Training Manager for Walker's Snack Foods, coupled with a spell at a management consultancy, have given him invaluable knowledge and competence to draw on when consulting, designing and delivering training and coaching programmes that really work.
He is a certified coach and NLP trainer and these qualifications and extensive business experience combine to give him excellent facilitation and coaching skills, which help promote employee confidence, increase productivity and improve communication throughout a team or organisation.
In recent years he has worked with many businesses and law firms focusing on improving personal and business performance. Recent law firms include Linklaters, Baker & Mackenzie, Barlow, Lyde and Gilbert, Russell-Cooke, Ince & Co. and Cameron McKenna.

A director of RTP and with a track record of success in starting, growing and running companies, including managing a company that sold extensively into the legal sector, Tom Bird brings a wealth of pragmatic business experience to clients.
Tom started his business career in 1986 and held various operational and senior management positions including Operations Director and Vice President of European Operations gaining both European and US business experience. For the last three companies that Tom managed he had overall revenue and business planning responsibility as well as operational control for a region.
Tom has been involved in development, training and consulting for the last eight years. In that time he has worked with clients including IBM, Nokia, Barclays Bank, London Underground and WH Smith. Tom uses a coaching approach to develop results and performance in others and works mainly at senior management and Board level.
Professional services firms account for approximately 60% of Tom's work at present and he operates throughout Europe. Legal firms that Tom works with at present include Linklaters, Tods Murray, Lyons Davidson and Russell Cooke.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Development from the University of Portsmouth, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and has business and finance qualifications from Kingston Business School.

Client Relationship Manager
Sue works closely with Jeremy and Tom to ensure that clients' needs are met in every way. This includes co-ordinating administrative support, liaising with clients in regard to programme delivery arrangements and ensuring materials are produced to a high standard and on time.
Prior to joining RTP Sue held several high-level Personal Assistant roles both here and abroad, four years of which was as PA to a Board Director of a FTSE 100 company. Sue also spent 3 years working in pharmaceutical public relations, in a staff communications and press relations role.
Role
Julie works in our market reasearch team and as a customer relationship manager for our open programmes. Prior to joining RTP, Julie worked as a consultant in the Aerospace, Automotive, Petrochemical, and Oil and Gas industry dealing with the recruitment of high profile engineers and designers.
